I needed coverage that included an endorsement for deliver coverage (DoorDash), and was finding it to cost almost as much as I make. I was frustrated and angry to say the least! Ie'Yauna was patient and thorough, double checked on several things for me, and worked with me to find a policy I could afford. She helped me bundle my home owner's insurance and notified my mortgage lender. She was able to send the COI with documentation that delivery coverage was being requested.
