"As we all know searching for home insurance is not what anyone likes doing. I was talking with my daughter about it and she referred me to State Farm, Karen Boone Agency since she told me they were good with helping her with her home and auto insurance. I called and had the pleasure of working with Ie’Yauna Younger and I guess she heard the anxiety in my voice, she was considerate, customer oriented and patient with her friendly voice. Ms Younger went step-by-step giving me all the details of what everything meant and I wasn’t expecting the great price I was quoted. I want to thank le’Yuana for taking her time and being patient enough to help me understand all the things that she was going to do to help me save some $$$$. Thank You so Much!!!! "I’m dealing with a situation related to claims, the matter does not directly involve my agent Karen Boone however when I called her to make her aware of the circumstances she immediately conducted a three way call and as a result think we are clear what next steps entail. Customer service is almost nonexistent these days but that does not apply to my agents’ office. She has been on point since day one, I am writing this review not knowing if my issue is going to be successfully resolved or not, regardless of the outcome this/my agent rocks!"
