"I have worked with Dina for the past 4 years. She is always very professional and very kind. Its nice to have a good relationship with her. If I have a problem she's there to take care of it, no questions asked. She is the most prompt to return calls if she can't take mine right when I call. The best agent that I have ever work with. From the very first conversation with Tracy I’ve felt that I was a valued customer and that my questions were answered with patience and real knowledge of her profession and services that your company provide. "I had a wonderful experience with Dina. I moved my policy over because my previous agent wouldn’t return calls or emails when I was trying to add coverage. Dina responded quickly, took care of everything, and now both of my policies are here. She even went through my new auto policy to make sure my coverages were set up correctly. "This location consistently makes mistakes when adding and removing vehicles to my policy. I’ve had it happen twice and causes a whole other set of issues. No one ever seems to know what they are doing or how things keep happening the way they do. Do not recommend this place."

Dina walked me through my homeowners coverage, helped me find the right balance with dwelling coverage, and talked through additional options without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.
